Cancel or Amend an Order

If you need to make amendments or for any reason you wish to cancel your order it's imperative that you contact us ASAP.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to make a payment.
Upon a successful payment, your order details will be emailed to our staff.
After this stage pressing the back button or changing anything will create errors and result in you paying for something that you don't receive or making your order incomplete.
Most orders are usually completed and ready to be despatched within a few hours, and it's quite common for us to have two carrier collections in the same day.
Any delay in contacting us, may result in your order already being dispatched with incorrect items, and unable for us to recall.
Therefore if you wish to cancel or make amendments to an order, please call us as soon as possible and seek a verbal confirmation from a staff member.
